- River House was the inaugural GMH Innovative offering serving Brown University and the Providence Innovation District.
- This project benefited from the full faith of the Providence innovation ecosystem as evidenced by the participation of institutional partners such as Brown, URI, and the RIC Nursing Education Center in the design, development, operation, and, ultimately, the exit of this investment to Brown University.

- ANOVA Aggie Square is GMH and Wexford’s latest knowledge community under construction in Sacramento, California – home to the University of California Davis Medical Center.
- UCD has committed to master leasing 49 out of 190 residential units from GMH, underscoring again the enthusiasm of elite school systems electing to align themselves with GMH and Wexford and their concomitant operational expertise and deep industry knowledge and relationships.
- ANOVA Aggie Square is currently projected to deliver in summer of 2025 under budget and ahead of schedule.
